Frankly I got this rug to cover up spots on a wall to wall carpet. It was a great choice. The whole room looks upgraded and updated. dhurries are thinner rugs which works really well over carpet. On a hard floor you would want a thick pad. The gray and white looks fresh and pretty. I love it. The price was awesome!
